Permit Specialist –
Responsibilities include procuring permits for various sign jobs from city municipalities. Also includes the coordination of various field inspections and the management of department paperwork including Permit Orders and Change Orders.
Requirements: Valid drivers license, at least 1 year of Permitting experience, strong administrative skills
Vice President of Field Operations –
Responsibilities include managing the field operations department. Staging jobs, training and developing the installation staff, supervising the Install Manager and Crane Manager.
Requirements: Experience in signs preferred. Construction or other skilled trade experience. Strong executive management skills.
Account Executive –
Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of Arrow, actively prospecting for new accounts and maximizing sales potential with existing customers.
Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of sales experience. Knowledge of signage, construction, or custom products a huge plus!
Sign Installation Apprentice –
Responsibilities include assisting with the setting up complete structures or frameworks for displaying signage by raising, placing and putting together steel or iron girders, columns or other basic structural components that comprise signs and other allied structures.
Requirements: Clean driving record and at least 1 year of skilled trade experience.
Journeyman Sign Installer-
Responsibilities include setting up complete structures or frameworks for displaying signage by raising, placing and putting together steel or iron girders, columns or other basic structural components that comprise signs and other allied structures. Manage a team of 1-4 in the field.
Requirements: Commercial Driver’s License with a clean driving record. At least 2 years of sign installation experience.
Project Manager-
The Project Manager is responsible for monitoring signage jobs from the pre-sales stage through the signed installation completion.
Requirements: At least 1 year of Project Management experience in the construction field. Sign experience a major plus!
Project Coordinator-
Responsibilities include being the administrative support of assigned sales team so that projects can move quickly and accurately through the Arrow system.
Requirements: At least 1 year of general office administration experience. Knowledge of construction paperwork and signs a huge plus!
Sheet Metal Fabricator-
Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction and other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Ability to read and interpret shop drawings. At least 3 years of welding and fabrication experience. Welding certifications a huge plus.
Fabrication Apprentice-
Responsibilities include assisting lead fabricators in the manufacturing of custom signage, including cutting various parts, and welding.
Requirements: Must have working knowledge of welding processes, and at least 1 year of experience using general manufacturing equipment including a break, shear, and general hand tools.
CAD Designer and Layouts Specialist –
Responsibilities include creation of patterns for various fabrication departments through programs including AutoCAD, Enroute, and Flexisign.
Requirements: Knowledge in the sign industry a huge plus. Must have basic CAD experience.
